These are the prices for your vacation:

The following services and equipment are included in the fees:
bedroom, bedclothes, towels, outside sauna, inside-sauna, wood for Sauna and open fire place, cinemaroom, whirlpool, internet, TV, Water, swimmingpool, washing machine, dryer, sportsroom,
secretaryservice for organising trips, meetings, etc., all kitchen appliances like microwave,
fridge, icebox, oven, dish washing machines, grill, sun chairs, sledges, Icehockey equipment, all sport devices and games except the Jetski and the moped.

Attention! Sometimes it may happen that a travel group cancels the appointments on short notice, therefore you can get SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Please ask in any case, if you do not want to miss the opportunity for a special deal!

We have 2 price tables:
1. HIGH-Season,
2. LOW-Season.

The following months belong to the HIGH summer season:
June, July, August
The following months belong to the HIGH winter season:
December, January, February
The following months belong to the LOW seasons, spring and autum:
March, April, May, September, October, November.

All prices are calculated on a per over-night stay basis and per person as listed below

Here are some sample calculations for a typical booking:

Sample one consisting of 2 families (4 adults & 5 children) staying for 10 days in HIGH season:

9 persons in total
From the table, cost per day is 380 € * 9 overnight stays = 3.420 €
Therefore, cost per day per person is only 42,22 €.

Sample two consisting of 2 families (4 adults & 5 children) staying for 10 days in LOW season:

9 persons in total
From the table, cost per day is 250 € * 9 overnight stays = 2.250 €
Therefore, cost per day per person is only 27,78 €.

REGULATIONS:

Once you have decided your travelling schedule, get in touch with us. ( check contact info page )
When your trip has been agreed, we will send you an invoice which you must settle in advance.
We can assist you in all matters relating to the planning, the travelling concerning flight bookings, ferry tickets etc. in order to get you here.
On arrival in Finland we will demonstrate all of the features of the house, so that you can take full advantage of all Villa-Finland has to offer.
During your stay, our secretary will be available to answer all questions and requests which may arise. Our wishes are that you enjoy your holidays as much as possible so that you recommend us further to your friends and colleagues.
